Abstract: On the basis of long-term cooperation between our university science and technology parks and multinational corporation RD centers,six basic operating models have been formed.For the purpose of promoting the further cooperation between our university science and technology parks and multinational corporation RD centers,it is necessary to sum up the experience of our cooperation,to consolidate the achievements,and to adopt feasible policy measures to cope with the problems in finance,tax,credit and land supply in the process of cooperation.These will give our university science and technology parks a great push forward in the future.
