Abstract: The author elaborates the producing, developing and characteristics of concept of enterprise competitive force at the core, stresses the important significance of developing the key competitive force for the development of enterprise strategic theory and for strengthening the competitive superiority of enterprises. The authors also puts forward the view points on how to foster and develop the competitive force at the core.
