Abstract: Day Care Center for the Elderly in Community is one form of the community services.This paper presents new ideas that community should integrate resources and reduce operation costs based on demands of the aged by analysing the current situation of the weaker function,more traditional services and fewer service personnel in order to provide humanized,professional services according to the field investigations in Day Care Center for the Elderly in communities in Xining.
