Abstract: This article has studied on the operation of the enterprise' s intelligence capital through real example and analysis. The paper has not only probed into the concept and the composition of the intellectual capital, but also into the implication and the characteristic of the intelligence capital operation. It has made a systematic and detailed exposition about six major plans of enterprise' s intelligence capital operation. Finally, this article announces that we can realize the transcending development on the enterprises in western region through the good operation of the intelligence capital.
