Abstract: Ku Hong-ming is a particular ideologist for his conservatism in modem history of China.He researches on Confucian culture in China with occidental standpoint,then he extols Confucian ethic and moral to the society of the west in which he was regarded as supreme authority on Confucian thoughts.This paper mainly focuses on the component of Ku Hong-ming's thoughts and analyses his conservatism characteristics,hoping to reach a conclusion that Ku Hong-ming's thoughts have occidental ideation essence and humanism value.
