Abstract:
Nowadays, them am some issues about advisor's team construction, such as the misbalance of the development among advisors, subjects and students as well, the unclear and unreasonable duties for advisors, which are no longer suitable to the new situation of the managemem on graduates. A new point of view is put forth that advisor should not have been regarded as a "level" of the posts, rand instead should be treated from the demand of the position. Constructing the advisor's team depending on the demand of position is benefit to form a dynamic management mechanism: It can inspire the advisor's enthusiasm, promoting the graduate cultivating mechanism reformation consequently.
