岗位塑造:研究生导师队伍建设的立足点

    The Demand of Position: The Base of Advisor's Team Construction

    • 摘要: 针对当前研究生导师队伍建设中存在的。“导师一学科一在校生”规模发展不平衡、导师职责不明确以及不适应新型研究生管理模式等问题,指出症结在于把研究生导师当作了一个“层次”.认为应立足于岗位需要建设研究生导师队伍,这样有利于建立动态管理机制。调动导师积极性,协调导师、研究生、学校(学科)三者间关系,对于推动研究生导师负责制的落实,促进研究生培养机制改革具有重要意义。

       

      Abstract: Nowadays, them am some issues about advisor's team construction, such as the misbalance of the development among advisors, subjects and students as well, the unclear and unreasonable duties for advisors, which are no longer suitable to the new situation of the managemem on graduates. A new point of view is put forth that advisor should not have been regarded as a "level" of the posts, rand instead should be treated from the demand of the position. Constructing the advisor's team depending on the demand of position is benefit to form a dynamic management mechanism: It can inspire the advisor's enthusiasm, promoting the graduate cultivating mechanism reformation consequently.
