Abstract: The success of Bi Feiyu's novels had owed to his adjustment of writing strategy since the mid 1990s.This strategy adjustment derived from a kind of aesthetic pursuit from novels.In the novel position,he shifted from working in the narrative to shaping the characters as the center.In writing ethics,he shifted from being keen on the historic imagination to being concerned about the ways of the world and human in everyday life.In the epic character of novel,he enjoyed exploring civilian epic instead of traditional one,and showed great aesthetic ideal by enhancing the inner spirit of a little character from daily life.
