Abstract: This paper points out the necessity for tutors' role transformation in career development education under the condition of postgraduates' difficulty in seeking employment. Meanwhile a feasible solution has been put forward that tutors should pay more attention to guiding their employment seeking when instructing postgraduates' academic research.
