注重建立国际储备的成本问题

摘要: 一定量的国际储备对一国经济,特别是对外经济具有十分重要的作用。但对一国来讲,国际储备并不是越多越好。因为,国际储备量的增加会导致持有国际储备的成本增加。因此,有必要控制国际储备的适度量,同时加强对国际储备的管理。

Abstract: A certain amount of international reserve is very important to a country' s economic development, especially to its foreign economy. But, it does not mean the more the better, because the increase of international reserve can lead to the cost increase of holding international reserve. Therefore, the international reserve should be controlled in a moderate amount and be managed strictly.
