Abstract: The science of law is a very practical social science;the development of law can maintain vitality only to do the combination of theory and practice.The construction and the improvement of the law practice-base is an important base for legal practice teaching.Currently,the mechanism of the law practice base doesn't run smoothly,the formalism is serious,which restricts the functioning of law practice base.In view of this,only in the way of effectively building win-win model base,can we improve the operational mechanism of law practice,and achieve the science of law“staring back and forth between theory and practice.”
