Abstract: Through reviewing the two different explanations on the nature of enterprise, the paper tries to seek for the new vision to recognize enterprise nature, namely, casting off the visual angle of judging enterprise nature from its single function, but starting from the comprehensive function of enterprise and adopting the input-output analysis method to make the new explanation on enterprise nature and the related problems.
