Abstract: Feng You-lan carried forward the traditional Confucianism which thought that public interest means justice,personal interest means interest,and justice is more important than interest.What is even more important is that he developed the outlook on justice and interest of traditional Confucianism.He thought justice is opposite to interest on one hand, anal they are unified on the other hand.Personal benefits,and personal material benefits are reasonable in a certain degree.The outlook on justice and interest of Feng You-lan could be named the outlook on which justice and interest are unified,and on which justice is superior to interest.This outlook on justice and interest is of important theoretical value and immediate significance.
