高校女教职工积极心理资本研究——以北京某高校为例

摘要: 针对现阶段部分高校女教职工工作积极性过低,主观幸福感不强的现状,从关注高校女教职工精神需求入手,引入积极心理资本相关理论,以北京某高校女教职工群体为研究对象,通过问卷调查和访问座谈的方法收集数据,总结分析出样本数据中的“短板”群体,即“51岁以上本科学历”的群体心理资本值相对其他群体表现为最低。为此,借鉴国外先进的管理理念,提出以团体小组辅导的形式,改善高校女教职工积极心理资本水平,并建立相关管理机制。Abstract: In order to solve the current situation that part of the female university faculty lack motivation to work,and their subjective well-being is not strong. We studied on the issue from the perspective of the people's spiritual needs,introduced the positive psychological capital theory,collected the data from the female faculty groups of Beijing University of Technology through questionnaires and access methods discussion. We summed up a sample of the data in the “short board”group,the group,including the members more than 51 years and undergraduate education,whose psychological capital value are lower than other groups. For this reason,we learned from the foreign advanced management concept,and then presented in the form of the group counseling to improve the level of the positive psychological capital of the female university faculty and to establish the relevant management mechanisms.
