摘要: 我国金融资产管理公司的成立是为了剥离并处置国有银行的不良资产,防范与化解其金融风险,并帮助国有企业扭亏脱困,但时至今日,处置效果却不尽如人意。“冰棍”效应也越来越明显,使金融资产管理公司处于一种进退维谷的困境。文章探讨分析了金融资产管理公司所面临的制度困境、政策困境、市场困境、地方保护主义困境、法律困境和内部困境及其原因,并有针对性地提出了破解方略。

Abstract: This article discusses difficult situations consisting of system, policy, market, local protectionism, law and interior faced by China' s asset management companies and the reasons of these difficult situations in detail. Then it and puts forward some pertinent strategies to resolve them.
