Abstract:
Beginning from the status quo of excess loss of young and middle-aged rural labor force in some areas and basing itself on the theoretical exploring and the empirical researching,this article reveals the impacts on the new rural construction of the excess loss of young and middle-aged labor force and analyzes its causes and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures.The orderly transfer of rural surplus labor can be mainly solved through such measures as media guiding,strengthening rural education,developing rural industries,combining the encouragement of the transfer of surplus labor with the attraction of talented people to their hometown,implementing the village official system of college students,at the same time,to avoid excessive loss of young adults in rural areas,finding a balance between the interests of them and optimizing the allocation of human resources in rural areas.
