摘要: 研究了高校招生计划的分配情况,认为按考生比例分配,结合地域、生源质量适当调配招生来源计划的策略,在一定程度上有利于缩小地域间差异,推进高等教育入学机会公平。

Abstract: This paper plans to study the university's enrollment planning.It is effective to reduce inter-regional differences and to promote the fair starting-point for higher educational opportunities by the way of the distribution of enrollment plan in accordance with the proportion of the candidates,the regional integration,and the quality of the students.
