Abstract: The background of debit and credit in rural area is constituted by the limited habitation and interpersonal relationships of debit and credit sides.This background forms, in turn, the implicit obligation on the relation of both sides. The implicit obligation has its own functioning mechanism and relativity, as well as some new changes and intension appeared along with social development.
