Abstract: With the development of the times,the party's soft power is weakened by the reality of the social environment,the vigorous development of non-governmental organizations and the imperfect political participation system,the social distribution and the safeguard system.The party must strengthen the hard power construction while pay much attention to its own soft power construction.Minhang district big visit activities enhanced the attraction of the political values and the close relation with people,and inclusiveness so as to establish a good image of the party,and thus effectively enhance the party's soft strength.Therefore, based on the experience above,the soft power construction of the party can be effectively strengthened from the methods,the structure of the members,the expressive way of the interest increasing and the system level.
