Abstract: In order to adapt to the development of the modern society,the value of the modern charity ethics should be reconstructed on the basis of tradition.At the same time,we should take measures such as cultivating charity culture,strengthening governmental responsibility,perfecting charity organization and so on to demonstrate the value of modern charity ethics,so as to promote the development of charities.
