分群体分阶段逐步改革农民工体制问题——基于农民工分化与社会融合的思考

Migrant Workers System Reforming by Different Groups and Different Stages: Based on the Social Strata and Social Inclusion of Migrant Workers

摘要: 农民工的社会融合是我国工业化、城市化过程中亟待解决的重要社会问题。改革开放30余年来,农民工群体不仅在数量规模上逐年扩大,而且其内部已发生了剧烈分化,分化为4个不同的群体,解决农民工的社会融合需要从已经分化了的实际出发。通过研究农民工中自雇佣个体农民工群体的基本特质及其社会融合状况,认为当前制订分群体分阶段的社会融合政策,是解决农民工问题的根本出路。

Abstract: The social inclusion of migrant workers is a significant issue to be solved during the process of industrialization and urbanization in China.The size of migrant workers is expanding yearly and it has become divided into 4 groups,and this is a very reality to the issue.The characters and the social inclusion state of self-employed individual migrant workers are analyzed in the paper and it comes to a conclusion that it is a basic way to reform migrant workers system by different groups and different stages respectively and gradually.
