Abstract: The recipients are the significant components of the ideological and political education via internet transmission,therefore,the study of their motivations plays a key role in enhancing the effect of such an education.The quest for knowledge,the need of expression and communications,the desire for seeking truth and self-realization are among the major motivations of the recipients.To ensure the optimal educational effect,the following measures should be taken:that is,showing respect for the recipients' rights-to-know,promoting interactive devices,providing the forum for expression, strengthening the service of the website and promoting the platform for inspiring the recipients' creativity.
