But there is inadequacy in social support towards social vulnerable groups in our country currently, so it is necessary to have improvement This text trys to begin with theoretical foundation of social support for the social vulnerable group: the social network theory and social capital theory, and goes on trying to set up a working mode of social support: the assistant system of social work, and in practice to make government as a baclkbon, taking communities as the bond, and then to rely on the primary relationship such as blood relationship and regional relationship, with non-profit organizations and non-governmental organizations as complement, to form social support mode for the social vulnerable groups, and to make their vulnerable position will be changed ultimately.
