Abstract: Following the global developing trend,and promoting the development of contemporary Chinese society by the cultural force is the key to solve the problems in the practice of building socialism in China.Cultural factors in contemporary society penetrate into all aspects of economic,political, social,and the role of its driving force on social development is highlighted.Many problems in China's development are associated with the lack of understanding of the role of cultural power.To improve cultural consciousness,accelerate the construction of core value system of socialism,and enhance the culture innovation are the realistic ways to play the role of cultural power.
