Abstract: This article analyzes CAT property right status of our country according to the requirement of market economy on property right system, elaborates, based on the situation both at home and abroad, that it' s urgent for our country to adjust CTV property right structure, proposes the principle and strategy for the structure adjustment of CTV property right.
