Abstract: As a variety of new problems emerge in the field of agriculture,rural areas and peasants,Jiang considers comprehensively the three problems creatively from the viewpoint of China's national conditions,forming systematically and thoroughly the thought of consolidating agricultural basis,promoting rural development and protecting peasants' interests, which is great theoretical contribution to the solution of the three rural-related problems in China.After the publication of Jiang Zeming Antholog,it is of great practical significance for us to study again Jiang's 'thought of three rural problem' in well-off society building, esp.new rural construction.
