Cultivating Social Organizations and Constructing the System Frame Work of Social Development:Based on the Survey of Social Organizations in Xicheng Beijing

摘要: 依据对社会组织的实证调查资料,描述了社会组织发展的现状,障碍社会组织发展的外部环境问题和组织自身的问题;探索了政府培育社会组织的机制,社会组织培育与社会工作、志愿者队伍、社区建设和社会领域党建的关系,并尝试建构整合社会组织、社会工作和社区建设的“三位一体”的社会建设制度框架。

Abstract: The paper describes the situation of social organizations and the barriers of outside surroundings of social organizations developing and itself,explores the mechanism of social organizations,the relationship among social work,volunteer,community building and party building in social field and tries to construct the system frame work of social development.
