Abstract: The advanced manufacturing technology (AMT) virtually belongs to a kind of systematic integrated technology. It's development needs good management environment. The paper analyzes AMTs development background, management requirement and points out the limitation of China's management environment to the development of manufacturing industry. At last the paper suggests some proposals on how to improve the management environment.
