Abstract:
Empowering the high-quality development of digital transformation in cultural industries through new quality productive forces represents a crucial pathway and inevitable choice for the innovative advancement of cultural industries in the contemporary era. To facilitate this high-quality development, it is essential to elucidate the distinctive characteristics of digital transformation within cultural industries, the development trajectory of new quality productive forces and digital transformation in these sectors, and the cognitive foundation that underlies their intricate relationship. Moreover, a comprehensive understanding of the existing challenges is vital, including the relatively limited transformation capacities, insufficient investment in transformation expenses, and inadequate psychological preparedness for transformation. Guided by practical principles that integrate systematic thinking with top-level design, concurrently implement innovation-driven and high-quality development strategies, and emphasize both demand orientation and service to the broader context, a "transformation path" driven by new productivity should be pursued. This involves the synergistic promotion of skills training and modal innovation, a thorough assessment of cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation, as well as dual safeguards through risk prevention and control measures alongside continuous iteration. By adopting a proactive approach, these challenges can be overcome, thereby paving the way for high-quality development.
