Abstract:
In the five years since the symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools was held, remarkable achievements have been made in the integrated construction of ideological and political courses in universities, middle schools and primary schools. From the central to local levels, policy documents have been gradually improved and implemented. The ideological and political courses in universities, middle schools and primary schools has achieved interconnection in teaching materials, coordination in teaching staff, integration of teaching resources, and mutual recognition of safeguard mechanisms, forming new hotpots, atmospheres, and typical examples for research in this field. However, in practice, there are still realistic dilemmas such as overlapping and repetitive teaching content, uneven quality of teaching staff, and imperfect evaluation mechanisms. To further advance the integration of ideological and political courses in universities, middle schools and primary schools, continuous efforts are needed in promoting the integration of teaching materials, curriculum content, and teaching staff.
