Abstract:
From the moment it was proposed, the concept of new quality productive forces became a hot topic among academics and industry professionals. Academics have retraced the genesis of new quality productivity from perspectives such as historical background, theoretical origins, intellectual implications, and practical contexts. They deconstructed the scientific essence of new quality productivity from a systemic viewpoint of "elements-structure-function", clarifying its pursuit goals and core dynamics. They refined the "Three lows" and "Three highs" characteristics of new quality productive forces from an input-output perspective and analyzed its main content from macro, meso, and micro dimensions. They reflected on the current dilemmas of new quality productive forces, established guiding principles, and thus proposed practical pathways for its formation and development. Evaluating the value of new quality productive forces from theoretical, practical, contemporary, and global questions, they highlighted further research directions: clarifying basic concepts, constructing theoretical models, expanding research dimensions, strengthening disciplinary foundations, and extending research methods.
