Abstract: The realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation lies in the cultivation of successors worthy of the era. Based on the theoretical analysis framework of leadership science, Xi Jinping 's series of statements on young cadres focus on major issues such as why it is important to train young cadres, what kind of ability to train young cadres and how to train them, covering the strategic level, individual level and organizational level. It has formed a theoretical system that is scientific, comprehensive, systematic and practical. This theoretical system starts from the growth law of young cadres and the reality of team construction.
