Abstract:
The Communist Party of China (CPC) is a big party in the world that has been in governance for a long term. The important features of its governance are the "people-centered" philosophy in governance, realizing the modernization through the Chinese path as its long-term goal, and implementing it by five-year plans as important means. It sets long-term strategic goals and implements them in five-year plans for the modernization and development of the country at different times. Realizing socialist modernization and building a strong modern one is the unswerving goal of the CPC, and five-year planning is an important means in governance to realize this long-term strategic goal. By setting milestones for different periods of time, China's Five-year planning system continues to promote the realization of the long-term goal of "Chinese path to modernization". From laying the foundation for socialist modernization, to comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable socialist modernization, to the realization of a moderately prosperous society, China is accelerating towards the great goal of becoming a "socialist modernizing power". The five-year planning system has been developing and improving itself in this process. The long-term governance of the CPC determines the long-term philosophy of Chinese modernization.
