Abstract:
Based on the diversified analysis method of professionalism research, it expounds the construction effect of personal value on professionalism in the dimension of mind and personality; the role of workplace spirit in the construction of professionalism in the dimension of value recognition and spiritual exchange; constructive role of dedication. Research shows that there is mutual promotion between the personality dimension of personal value and the value identity dimension of workplace spirit, the mutual promotion of the spiritual exchange dimension of workplace spirit and the trust dimension of organizational culture, and the mutual promotion of the spiritual dimension of personal value center and the voice dimension of organizational culture. Therefore, it forms the mutual construction relationship between personal value, workplace spirit and organizational culture of professionalism at the individual and organizational levels, and attempts to establish a relevant theoretical model on the basis of the research conclusions. It is proposed that through the formation of smooth voice channels and good trust relationship in organizational culture, it can promote the personal value, workplace spirit dimension and organizational identity dimension of dedication.
