Abstract: Xi Jinping's important expositions on rural revitalization is the latest achievement of the Party's theoretical innovation in promoting ″agriculture, rural areas and farmers″. As generation logic concerned, it is the inheritance and development of Marx and Engels theory of urban and rural development in the creative transformation of traditional Chinese society for thousands of years of farming civilization.
