Abstract:
The construction of rural social governance community is not only the inevitable requirement of national governance transformation, but also the objective need of comprehensive rural revitalization, and even the result of the continuous optimization of social governance theory, which has important value of the times. The effective construction of rural social governance community needs to fully consider the differences of regional social foundations, and community and organizational foundations constitute two important dimensions to understand the social foundations. With the continuous advancement of urbanization and industrialization, the community and organizational foundations of rural areas in different regions show obvious differences, which will have an important impact on the construction logic of rural grass-roots social governance community. Therefore, the construction of rural grass-roots social governance community needs to consider the applicability of inter-regional experience transfer, and conduct a comprehensive investigation from the practical needs of farmers, community and organizational foundations, so as to avoid the unexpected consequences of poor governance effect and the waste of financial and social resources caused by the improper transfer of experience.
