Abstract: Based on the basic principles of scientific socialism, a series of expositions on common prosperity of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China were sorted out and studied. The Marxist thought of common prosperity, the traditional Chinese social ideal of "the world is for the public", the organic integration of the original mission of the Chinese Communist Party for a century of struggle and the real conditions of the new era constitute the generation logic of Xi Jinping′s important statements on common prosperity. This series of expositions has formed a rigorous ideological system. The strategic position of achieving common prosperity is mainly reflected in: the essential requirements of socialism, the fundamental purpose of economic development, the important features of Chinese-style modernization, and the important mission of the Party; the connotative features of achieving common prosperity include: common prosperity of all people, common all-round common wealth by working together and promoting common prosperity in stages; the basic principles of achieving common prosperity are: encouraging diligence and innovation to get rich, adhering to the basic economic system, doing the best to do what can be done, and adhering to the gradual and orderly progress; specific paths to promote common prosperity are: promoting common prosperity in high-quality development, building an income distribution system that reflects efficiency and fairness, equalizing public services, and consolidating the results of poverty alleviation. Xi Jinping′s important statements on common prosperity are rich in connotation and creativity, reflecting the important characteristics of the unity of party spirit and people′ s nature, the unity of practice and innovation, the unity of long-term and phased nature, and the unity of integrity and specificity, which are significant in time value.
