高铁网络对制造业企业创新的动态影响

    Dynamic Impact of High-speed Rail Network on Manufacturing Corporate Innovation

    • 摘要: 基于时间和空间维度的动态效应,研究高铁网络对沿线制造业企业创新的影响和机制,发现:(1)高铁网络增密对制造业企业创新存在显著的倒U型影响;(2)随着高铁网络不断增密,对于中国东部和低TFP水平的城市,高铁网络对其沿线制造业企业创新的倒U型影响更加突出;(3)沿线城市企业间的创新结构变化,是高铁网络动态影响沿线制造业企业创新的重要机制。提出政府应加强高铁网络建设的投资力度,合理引导制造业企业向高铁沿线城市集聚,构建“NN”型创新结构的制造业集群等,从而推动制造业企业高质量创新发展,以期为政府合理布局高铁网络和优化沿线制造业企业的创新结构,并有效激发沿线制造业企业的创新活力提供参考。

       

      Abstract: It is of great theoretical and practical significance for the government to optimize the distribution structure of high-speed rail network and promote the manufacturing industry high-quality development to study the dynamic effect of high-speed rail network densification on the corporate innovation of manufacturing industry along the line. Based on dynamic effects of time and space dimensions, this paper studies the effect of high-speed rail network on the manufacturing corporate innovation. Results show that: First, there is an inverted U-shaped effect of high-speed rail network density on the manufacturing corporate innovation; Second, for cities in eastern China and with low TFP, the inverted U-shaped effect of high-speed rail network on the manufacturing corporate innovation is more prominent; Thirdly, the high-speed rail network leads to the dynamic change of innovation structure among enterprises in cities along the line, which is an important mechanism for the high-speed rail network to dynamically affect the manufacturing corporate innovation along the line. This paper provides an important reference for the government how to optimize the distribution structure of high-speed rail network and corporate innovation structure, and stimulate the innovation vitality of manufacturing enterprises.
