Abstract: With fast economic globalization, innovation has played a more and more important part in promoting economic and social development. Looking back on the practical experience of unbalanced development models in China, it is clear to find that the ability of independent innovation is extremely important in the accelerated development of regional economy. Therefore, efforts should be made to speed up the pace of modern scientific research, pay more attention to the transmission of non-coding knowledge, scientific innovation and technological development, and to strengthen communication among government, enterprises, universities and research institutes. At the same time, relying on the science and technology community, solid foundations for innovation should be established for growth poles, the information communication path in China's innovation systems optimized, the disadvantages of the intellectual property system avoided, the institutional barriers broken down, the intellectual property legislation and judicial power decentralized so as to actively promote the innovation development.
