Abstract: Ideological discourse is an important part of ideological work. The "Chinese discourse" of ideology in the new era and its growth are the results of promoting the ideological discourse innovation, accompanied by the mature process of the socialism with Chinese characteristics, and by the enhancement of China's international influence and its shaping power in international relations. The "Chinese discourse" of ideology in the new era contains the path, system and model of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It reflects China's path, philosophy and actions for peaceful development and embodies the theoretical system, values and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It has the basic characteristics of unity of subjectivity and cohesion, unity of dominance and inclusiveness, unity of nationality and openness. It is an innovative development of Marxist and socialist ideological discourse. It is of great value to enhance the "four confidences" and tell good "China's stories".
