社会智库研究能力测度及其影响机理研究

    Research on the Measurement of Research Capability of Social Think Tanks and Its Influence Mechanism

    • 摘要: 基于学界研究和智库权威评价体系构建了社会智库研究能力指标体系,通过无放回抽样确定了21家样本社会智库,信度检验确定了指标体系的有效性。采用因子分析和逐步回归测算了社会智库研究能力及其影响因素,认为主要体现在三个方面:社会智库研究能力呈两极分化状态;人才缺失是社会智库研究能力提升的主要障碍;社会智库内的政府官员对研究能力提升具有直接影响方面。在此基础上,提出应以问题为导向、成立协作式研究团队、完善人才结构、及开展“精细化”研究等,以此提升社会智库研究能力。

       

      Abstract: Based on the academic research and the authoritative evaluation system of think tanks, this paper constructs the research capability index system of social think tanks. 21 social think tanks are selected by non-return sampling, and the validity of the index system is confirmed by reliability test. Factor analysis and stepwise regression are used to measure the research capacity of social think tanks and its influencing factors. The results show in three aspects: the research capacity of social think tanks is polarized; the lack of talents is the main obstacle to their improvement and development; and government officials in social think tanks have a direct impact on the improvement of research capabilities. On this basis, it has proposed that the research ability of social think tanks should be improved by setting up a collaborative research team, improving its talent structure, and carrying out "refined" researches.
