Abstract: It is a necessary practice for the Communist Party of China to remain true to our original aspiration to push forward the social revolution in the new era. The national governance with precision poverty alleviation as its core is not only an important part of the social revolution in the new era, but also constitutes the carrier of the social revolution in the new era. In the practice of precision poverty alleviation, through the revolution of the relationship between the cadres and the masses, the revolution of regional and group development gap, the modernization revolution of the social structure transformation in poor areas and the revolution of developmental action removing pure economic rationality, poverty governance not only realized the unity of the self-revolution and social revolution of the Communist Party of China, but also carried out the sharing development and people-centered development concepts in depth, and adhere to the concept and principle of developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, which have created a good situation for the social revolution in the new era.
