Abstract:
The outbreak of COVID-19 has had a serious impact on residents' consumption. The paper studies the characteristics and demands of residents' consumption dynamic changes. This paper uses the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the consumption of the national residents.The survey includes and analyses household income and expenditure, purchase mode, satisfaction, online education, and compensation consumption and other aspects. According to the characteristics and demands of residents' consumption in this special period, this paper analyzes the new opportunities of the industry, demonstrates that the long-term trend of China economy will not change after the epidemic from a historical perspective and residents' confidence. Suggestions are made in terms of stabilizing residents' income, enhancing residents' confidence, transforming governance concepts, and establishing a long- term emergency response system.
