Abstract:
This paper studies such a phenomenon called "regional normalcy" which includes not only economic elements but also human ideological elements in a certain region. Besides the trade activities of goods and services in different areas and countries, human ideological flows move along with business activities and lead to the phenomenon of multi-element regional normalcy. Though the phenomena of industrialization and urbanization show some common features in form of economic development, the real developments in different regions or countries show different characteristics of their own, or in terms of regional normalcy. The economic growth or development is not only the process of distribution of elements like land and capital, but also the historical process of ideological flow and its effects. In conclusion, the paper points out that due to their co-existence and interaction, the governance system concerning different economic normalcies and their interactive relationships should be one top issue in human development.
