Abstract: This paper illustrates the logic relations among culture-consciousness, culture-confidence, culture-innovation and culture-improvement. It points out that culture-innovation is based on the culture-consciousness and culture-confidence, and the culture-consciousness and culture-confidence contain the culture-innovation. Finally, Culture-innovation enhances and sublimates culture-consciousness and culture-confidence. The mission of culture-confidence is to improve Chinese culture, and the culture-innovation leads to and achieves culture-improvement. The culture-consciousness、culture-confidence、culture-innovation and culture-improvement in China's culture are unified in culture-practice. The essence of practice is culture-innovation, which is not only related to the culture-consciousness and culture-confidence, but also to the culture-improvement.
