Abstract:
This paper has studied the governance issues in rural changes and the challenges in its transformation the grassroots social governance in villages is facing through the case study. The results show that rural grassroots party members are important governance subjects in rural society, and a new mode of grassroots governance can be built by stimulating the awareness of grassroots party members and rebuilding the governance functions of grassroots party members. This model follows the working methods of the mass line, having an organic connection between party members and the masses, the state and the society, so as to effectively respond to the needs of rural social development and ensure its sustainable and stable development.
