以服务创新推动服务业转型升级

    Promote Service Industry Transformation and Upgrading Through Service Innovation

    • 摘要: 总结了中国当前服务创新的主要模式及服务创新与服务业转型升级之间的理论关系。研究发现:服务创新主要体现在服务创新的数字化、服务创新的平台化、服务创新的融合化、服务创新的标准化和服务创新的品质化5个方面;作用主要体现在:服务创新有利于助力企业攀升全球价值链,是顺应我国社会主要矛盾发生变化的有效手段,也是当前和今后一段时间供给侧改革和需求侧协同的重要结合点。据此提出了进一步夯实服务业发展的基础、供给侧结构性改革和需求侧协同有机结合,并以监管方式创新应对不断涌现的服务新业态、持续推动服务业更高水平对外开放等政策建议。

       

      Abstract: This paper systematically summarizes the main models of current service innovation and the theoretical relationship between service innovation and service industry transformation and upgrading. The research finds that the current service innovation is mainly reflected in the digitalization of service innovation, its platform, integration and standardization, and the quality of service innovation. Its role is mainly reflected in the fact that service innovation is conducive to helping enterprises to raise themselves in the global value chain (GVC). It is an effective means to adapt to the changes in the main contradictions of Chinese society. It is also an important point of integration between supply-side reform and demand-side coordination for the current and future periods. Based on those, the author proposes some policies necessary to further consolidate the development of the service industry, combine supply-side structural reforms with demand-side synergies, innovate ways of supervision to cope with the emerging new service formats, and continue to promote a higher level of service industry opening to the outside world.
