从废液中提取间位枯茗酸的工艺方法

    A Technological Method Used for the Separation of m-Cumic Acid from the Waste Water in the Production of m-Methyl Phenol

    • 摘要: 研究了从间-甲苯酚生产过程排放废液中提取间位枯茗酸的工艺方法。实验结果表明,采用酸化法可提取3%~5%的间位枯茗酸,用水作溶剂进行重结晶或多次热水抽提的方法可使产品纯度达100%。

       

      Abstract: A method to recover m-cumic acid from the waste water, in the production of m-methyl phenol, is introduced in this paper. It turns out that a 3%~5% proportion of m-cumic asid by weight may be recovered from the waste water after acidification. The m-cumic asid recovered may be purified to 100% by way of recrystallization with water.
