橡胶沥青混凝土路面铺装生命周期评价

摘要: 面向交通基础设施绿色低碳建养和可持续发展目标, 基于生命周期评价方法, 定量分析了废轮胎再利用制备胶粉过程中的环境负荷清单, 并在此基础上完善了橡胶沥青混凝土铺装在原材料生产、沥青混凝土拌和与运输、沥青面层施工阶段的环境影响评价体系。结果表明: 不考虑废轮胎自身环境影响时, 20%掺量橡胶沥青的环境影响低于基质沥青, 考虑后则比基质沥青高出36.2%, 这说明将废弃轮胎视为资源, 且考虑其再利用过程中的能耗和排放, 将大幅增加橡胶沥青的环境负荷; 此外还应该重点关注橡胶沥青混凝土铺装过程中所造成的温室效应以及原材料生产阶段的环境负荷。Abstract: Toward the goals of green, low-carbon construction and maintenance, as well as sustainable development of transportation infrastructure, this paper quantitatively analyzed the list of environmental loads of the preparation of rubber powder by recycling waste tires based on the life cycle assessment methodology. The environmental impact assessment for the production of raw materials, mixing and transportation as well as pavement construction was further conducted. Results show that the environment impact of the crumb rubber asphalt paving can be significantly increased by considering the environmental load from the waste tires itself by treating them as a resource. Special focus should be placed on the greenhouse effect caused from the paving of rubber asphalt and the environmental load during the production phase of the raw materials.
