基于厌氧氨氧化工艺的畜禽养殖废水处理技术研究进展

    Research Advances of ANAMMOX Process for Livestock and Poultry Farming Wastewater Treatment

    • 摘要: 厌氧氨氧化(anaerobic ammonia oxidation, ANAMMOX)作为新兴的自养脱氮技术,具有无须外碳源、污泥产量低、温室气体排放量低的优势,在畜禽养殖废水生物处理的研究中广受关注。结合畜禽养殖业水污染现状与废水水质特点,总结分析不同工艺如两段式、一段式及改良ANAMMOX工艺处理实际养殖废水的研究现状及问题,指出通过构建混合污泥系统强化厌氧氨氧化菌的富集与持留、调整曝气策略进而选择性抑制亚硝酸盐氧化菌的活性、控制进水ρ(C)/ρ(N)、进行预处理和长期驯化及投加外源物质等多个方面来提高系统的脱氮效能,旨在为畜禽养殖废水生物处理的研究与应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Anaerobic ammonia oxidation (ANAMMOX), as an emerging autotrophic denitrification technology has been drawn significant attention in research area of livestock and poultry farming wastewater treatment for its multiple advantages, such as no external carbon source needed, less sludge production, and low greenhouse gas emission. This paper focused on the current status of water pollution in the livestock and poultry farming industry and analyzed the characteristics of wastewater guality, and the research processes, including two-stage, one-stage, and other modified ANAMMOX treatment methods for treating real wastewater, are systematically. It emphasizes that system performance can be improved through several strategies, including integrating a sludge mixing system to enhance the enrichment and retention of anaerobic ammonia-oxidizing bacteria, optimizing aeration conditions to selectively suppress the activity of nitrite-oxidizing bacteria, adjusting the influent ρ(C)/ρ(N), implementing effective pre-treatment and long-term acclimation, and supplementing with exogenous compounds. The findings aim to provide valuable insights for improving the biological treatment of livestock and poultry farming wastewater and contribute to the advancement of related research and practical applicants.
